The 2026 HBCE Call for Proposals is now open!

The official call of proposals is now open for the 35th Annual Health Benefits Conference & Expo (HBCE), taking place January 20-22, 2026 in Ponte Verda Beach, Florida. If you have a case study or presentation to share, we want to hear from you! Submissions are due June 30, 2025.

The agenda for HBCE is composed of three different types of sessions:

• Topic sessions—see the list below for topics our attendees are most interested in.
• Case studies—present your successful case study with an employer or client
• Sponsored sessions—provide the speaker and content for a Platinum-level sponsored session with logo recognition.

• Employee wellness interventions to support physical, mental and financial well-being
• Population health management
• Rx drug costs and working with pharmacy benefit managers
• Preventing and responding to high cost claims
• Benefits and wellness communication strategies
• Ancillary benefits
• Provider solutions; networks, pricing arrangements, direct primary care
• Coordination of employer strategies across HR disciplines (i.e., benefits, wellness, recruitment, engagement, worker's compensation, absence management, performance management, training and development).
