Update: 58th Annual Canadian Employee Benefits Conference

The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans is pleased to announce Vancouver, British Columbia, as the 58th Annual Canadian Employee Benefits Conference host city. The event will take place November23-26, 2025, over the originally scheduled conference dates.

As we work through today’s uncertain environment, staying informed is more important than ever—especially when navigating Canada’s evolving pensions and benefits landscape. That’s why we’re proud to present a conference created by Canadians, for Canadians, in Canada. Your presence is vital to the success of this event and we hope to see you there.

By moving the conference to Vancouver, we aim to reach a broader audience and deliver an outstanding experience for all attendees. The decision to relocate was guided by valuable feedback from the Canadian Board and related committees, as well as thoughtful input from members, speakers, and sponsors. Several key factors, including the venue location, event timing, and space availability, were carefully considered throughout the planning process.

We’re excited to have you join us in Vancouver for trusted, objective insights into emerging trends, legislative updates, and key issues affecting your funds. You'll gain access to valuable networking opportunities with peers and industry experts, along with essential information to strengthen your organization and the funds you support.

Sincerely,
